VAN Sales Solution – VS-24x7
The challenge faced in VAN sales is Customer specific pricing details and offers and promotions to be made available with VAN sales person. VAN sales person should be able to view Customer specific data. Van sales representatives are responsible for performing retail audits, capturing orders, invoicing and collecting payments.. In addition to these primary sales responsibilities, they can also collect payment for outstanding billings, collect items that are being returned and exchange products with other delivery representatives. When the VAN comes back, reconciliation of stock in the VAN is consuming too much time i.e. unsold articles, sales by Customer, returns taken and adjustment made, empty containers taken, unadjusted returns taken etc..,
VS-24x7 is used for managing Van sales. Van sales person is given a mobile device that is treated as a separate location and stock is physically transferred to that location. VAN sales person can have daily route wise Customers list defined to be serviced. VAN sales application have Customer list, stock details in VAN location, Customer specific price levels, offers promotions etc.,. This application works in offline mode at day end data is synchronized with server. The van seller visits Customers, sells the product, and immediately delivers it from the VAN with a bill. Customers can pay cash and receive an invoice or reduce credit from open items. After the driver returns to the warehouse, data is uploaded, and product and cash differences are determined and debited to the correct account.
E-Cash
Ideal solution for closed payment systems where money will be loaded in the smart chip of the card and use against purchases. Time & Attendance Solutions
Fingerprint is a unique feature to an individual. It stays with a person throughout his or her life. This makes the fingerprint the most reliable kind of personal identification because it cannot be forgotten, misplaced, or stolen. Fingerprint authorization is potentially the most affordable and convenient method of verifying a person's identity. The lines that create a fingerprint pattern are called ridges and the spaces between the ridges are called valleys. It is through the pattern of these ridges and valleys that a unique fingerprint is matched for verification and authorization. The fingerprint pattern is captured by fingerprint sensors. Fingerprint sensors work by taking a snapshot of a fingerprint and saving it into an image file. From the image, fingerprint recognition algorithm extracts unique features of each fingerprint and saves them in the database. For fingerprint verification, features of an input fingerprint are compared to the features of a specific fingerprint data in the database.
Animal Tracking

In parallel, veterinarians and animal owners alike need to be able to easily ensure the authenticity of pedigree and race while maintaining protection against the risk of theft of their pet.Tracking methods used until now (tattoos, tagging) had the drawbacks of barcode-type optical reading systems (case by case implementation, fragile, static and centralised). The implantation of RFID chips, together with use of our readers and embedded software, permits real-time and simultaneous tracking of several animals or livestock, thus simplifying tracking and safety. In a veterinary or domestic context, our solutions protect against theft and enable the verification of pedigree, tracing back to the origin of the animal through a local read mode.
With the new system, the department of animal-care services staff fit each cage with an EPC Gen 2 passive UHF tag, provided by Dynasys (and made with TI's EPC Gen 2 chip). Each cage tag number is associated with details about the specific research project in which the animals housed in the cage are involved, and with the researcher leading the project, in a Web-based back-end system hosted by the University of Florida. Also attached to each cage is a protocol card printed with information about the research, as well as the housing agreement and cage ID number..
To conduct inventory, a staff member pushes a cart, carrying a mobile Intermec EPC Gen 2 RFIDinterrogator and a laptop running Dynasys software, past the cages, capturing the tags' unique ID numbers. The employee performing the inventory can view a real-time count of how many and which cages should be located in the room, and whether the RFID tags read match what is expected. If a cage is identified that should not be in the room, or if cages come up missing, the software generates an alert.
